Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to join our team.
The Compliance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that Dynasplint Systems proactively maintains compliance with all relevant statutes and medical regulations.
This is a full time 40 hour work week position with a base salary between 65-90K (commensurate with experience) and benefits including a 401K Plan.
Key
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all relevant statutes and medical regulations Collaborate with various departments, particularly Sales, to ensure clarity and simplicity in operating within regulations Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations in the medical field Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare compliance is helpful, but other backgrounds will be considered Degrees in policy, health or related areas is preferred but not required Additional professional certifications will be considered and encouraged when applicable Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced This is a hybrid position.
Depending on the location of the candidate, they will be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week.
Candidates out of state will be considered but will be required to come to the Corporate office in Severna Park, Maryland a minimum of 2 business days every 1-2 months.
