Located in the heart of Severna Park, the facility services an outpatient orthopedic population, with a uniquely sought-after specialty in treating TMJ pain.
The physical therapy tech responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working in direct correlation with the physical therapist to assist in treating patients in a one-on-one environment.
Additional responsibilities include providing superior customer service by greeting patients, preparing them for their session, guiding them through their exercise program, scheduling future appointments, answering phones, and making sure their overall experience exceeds their expectations.
Candidates must have the ability to multitask, demonstrate excellent communications skills, attention to detail, and adhere to a high level of professionalism with a strong focus on positivity.
