sales and revenue, food cost, labor control, store expenses ensure that all register transactions are correct and accounted for managing weekly store inventory making and tracking all store purchases promote brand through outstanding customer service, catering, community giving, events, etc.
provide every customer with an outstanding dining/service experience, both in-store and to-go/delivery relay allergen and nutritional information to guests as requested ensure the store is opened and closed properly follow all state and corporate food safety and sanitation requirements create a welcoming, hardworking team dynamic requirements:
able to work 50-55 hours/week reliable transportation to and from work a legal driver's license to deliver caterings Serve Safe Certified 3 or more years of management in fast casual or full-service industry strong skills in:
communication, organization, multi-tasking, prioritization and leadership great work ethic outgoing and energetic personality able to be on your feet for 10 hours a day and lift up to 50lbs basic knowledge of microsoft 365 (outlook, word, excel) in return you'll receive:
